• The minimum order value is Euro 15,00.
• A contract is concluded by your having sent an order and receiving our confirmation/invoice.
• Payment is to be made by cash in advance.
• You commit to paying within a fortnight. Otherwise we will assume that you have made use of your right to withdraw, and we will cancel your order.
• All prices include VAT.
• The delivery is to be checked on correctness and completion. Defects are to be announced immediately in written form (either by email or fax). Any damages during shipping can only be claimed from the shipper.
• If one of the above regulations loses its validity, the others will not be affected.
• The juridiction for all conflicts is Leipzig.
