Shipping & Returns
- The delivery will be carried out only within Germany.
- Having received your order, we will send out confirmation by email. Please leave your telephone number in case of possible queries.
- You will receive an invoice to be balanced immediately (prepayment).
- If there aren't any incoming payments within a fortnight, we assume that you have retracted your order, and we will cancel it.
- The shipping costs for an order with a value of up to Euro 100,00 is Euro 5,00. If the price of your order is higher, we will not charge you.
- In case of sold out products we are not obliged to deliver.
- Our goods are checked and packed carefully. However if you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us immediately in written form (by email or fax).
- Goods can be sent back without reason within a fortnight. Please enclose the original invoice and keep the receipt of redelivery. Please keep in mind that we can only accept properly stamped redeliveries.
- We will redeposit your payment immediately into your account (please leave your bank details).
Please understand that we will not take back goods whose best-before date has expired.
